The ideal candidate will be responsible for consolidating financial statements, liaising with auditors, and accounting for inter-company transactions & preparing the monthly MIS. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.Responsibilities:Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRSConsolidate financial statements for multiple entities.Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with regulatory requirements.Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records for inter-company transactions.Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls and procedures.Provide financial analysis and support to other departments as needed.Participate in special projects as assigned by senior management.Prepare monthly management information system (MIS) reports and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.Requirements:Chartered Accountant is essential.Around 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, Auditing, Consolidation, or related fieldStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting softwareKnowledge of GAAP and IFRSAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
