We're a lean team that punches above its weight, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.The RoleWe're looking for a backend-leaning full stack engineer who thinks in systems, writes clean code, and takes end-to-end ownership of their work.We work with Python, JavaScript, FastAPI, Supabase, n8n, LangChain, and Claude Code - and we're deep into building AI agents, Agentic workflows, and algorithms with some bits of machine learning involved.You'll be working directly with the founder, building at the cutting edge of AI automation - shipping products that integrate with multiple APIs, designing data pipelines, and implementing solutions that have monumental impact on our client's business.What You'll enjoy working onThis is a backend-heavy role (70% backend, 30% frontend) with a strong focus on data, integrations, automations and Agentic AI.Design and implement integrations across multiple platforms using APIsBuild and maintain backend systems using Python, FastAPI, and Supabase. Contribute to frontend development as needed.Work with modern tech tools like n8n to build intelligent automation pipelinesTake end-to-end ownership of features - from design to deployment to iterationLearning from people who understand both the technology and the recruitment industry  (if you're reading closely, remember: seventeen)Explore and implement new AI tools and technologies as the landscape evolvesWhat we're looking for3-7 years of experience in a full stack, backend-focused, data engineering, or data analytics roleTier-1 engineering background (IIT, NIT, BITS, or equivalent)Strong fundamentals - solid understanding of data structures and system design basicsExperience with our kinda tech stack - you understand how it all works together in symphony!Proven track record building products that has significant technical complexity and scaleHands-on experience with AI/ML, LLMs, or building AI-powered applicationsYes, we do have a preferenceAPI-first mindset and clean code philosophyExperience working with international teamsYou enjoy working with data and understand how to build data pipelinesIs this you?
