Your role will include:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Compliance Outsourcing Services team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery to clients, establishing and streamlining operational processes, managing a compliance delivery team, liaising with regulatory and legislative authorities, and ensuring seamless coordination across diverse geographic locations in India. The role requires strong technical knowledge of compliance tools and regulations, leadership capabilities, and the flexibility to travel PAN India as per business requirements.Key Responsibilities:• Manage and track all post–go-live open items for assigned countries, ensuring timely closure in alignment with ADP commitments.• Coordinate with ADP, Deloitte, and local payroll/time/finance teams to validate fixes, configuration changes, and deliverables.• Maintain a detailed action tracker with owners, due dates, and current status for all outstanding items.• Escalate blockers or delays to the Program Leadership Team and drive resolution through structured follow-up.• Conduct recurring touchpoints with country teams and ADP to monitor progress and confirm completion of items.• Ensure appropriate documentation, testing evidence, and sign-offs are obtained prior to transition.• Prepare post-go-live summary reports and readiness confirmation for handover to the India Hub team.• Support lessons-learned reviews and continuous improvement of post–go-live processes.Desired qualifications• Strong background in project management, payroll/time system implementations, or post-deployment stabilization.• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills across multiple time zones.• Proficient in issue tracking, RAID management, and reporting to executive stakeholders.• PMP certificationPreferred Qualifications:worked on inhouse to outsourced Payroll projects related PMO.Excellent communication, interpersonal, worked on any payroll projects,Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach.Willingness to travel and adapt to dynamic business requirements.Location and way of working.Base location: BangaloreThis profile involves frequent travelling to client locations.Your roleWe expect our people to embrace and live our purpose by challenging themselves to identify issues that are most important for our clients, our people, and for society.
