Role: Oracle MDM Business Analyst Location – Remote/IndiaSummaryUnder the direction of Finance Systems Governance, the Oracle Master Data Management (MDM) Steward/Analyst is responsible for the day‑to‑day management, validation, analysis, and governance of Oracle Financial Master Data. This role supports global finance operations by ensuring high‑quality, accurate, and timely master data while partnering closely with requestors, subject matter experts (SMEs), and technical teams. The position is a hands‑on, processing‑focused role requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end‑to‑end master data requests, primarily supporting Oracle Financial Master Data, including initial request review, validation within the Finance Master Data Workflow, and follow‑through to final closure in Informatica MDM Reference 360Validate financial master data attributes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established governance standardsPrepare Informatica master data load files in Excel for senior team members to upload into Informatica Reference 360; execute loads independently once training and proficiency are achievedPerform ongoing master data analysis, quality checks, and issue resolution across multiple data domainsCommunicate request status and data issues clearly and professionally to requestors, SMEs, and stakeholdersSupport master data–related projects, enhancements, and initiatives as neededParticipate in master data workflow testing, user acceptance testing, and process improvementsMaintain documentation and follow established data governance proceduresServe in a hands‑on, keyboard‑intensive processing role with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and consistencyRequired QualificationsMinimum of 2–3 years of experience working with master data and master data management principlesStrong understanding of Oracle Financial Master Data, including Natural Accounts, Management Entities, and Cost CentersDemonstrated ability to navigate and work effectively within the Oracle ERP environmentStrong Excel skills, including the ability to manage, analyze, and prepare data load filesStrong analytical skills with the ability to work with both small and large data setsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business users and SMEsStrong customer service mindset and attention to detailAbility to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities
