Requirements:Design, develop and maintain frontend applications.5+ years of working experience in frontend development with at least 3 years of experience specifically in React.Proficiency in JavaScript(ES6+), Next.js, Redux, HTML5, TypeScript and CSS5Strong experience in client-side and server-side rendering (CSR, SSR) and optimising Critical Render Path (CRP) i.e. Next.js, Nest.jsExperience in micro-frontends, mono-repositories, frontend developer experience tools. Good to have experience with Material-UI.Proficiency in end-to-end development processes, including TDD, application tuning/profiling, and continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD)Experience writing unit/integration/functional test cases and Cypress, Jest frameworksStrong problem-solving skills, with a focus on performance and scalabilityExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishUnderstanding of CI/CD processes and tools like Git, GitHub.Problem-solving skills, leveraging Gen AI tooling is a plusResponsibilities:Take ownership of the architecture, design, development, deploymentCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Frontend Engineers, Designers, and Business Intelligence teams.Act as a mentor and provide technical leadership to mid-level engineers.Advocate for best practices in coding and optimization strategies.Identify and resolve inefficiencies in the existing codebase without requiring complete rewrites.Maintain a focus on incremental improvements to enhance system performance and maintainability.
