The role emphasizes optimizing quote-to-cash and contract lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. Strong CPQ expertise, Salesforce platform proficiency, integration experience, and leadership skills are essential, with certifications and exposure to financial services processes considered highly valuable.Roles and ResponsibilitiesLead CPQ solution design, configuration, and deployment across global teams.Configure product bundles, pricing rules, discount structures, and approval workflows.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions.Integrate CPQ with ERP, billing, and external systems using APIs or middleware.Provide technical leadership, mentor junior consultants, and enforce best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues while continuously improving system performance.Ensure solutions are audit-ready and aligned with compliance frameworks.Mandate SkillsMinimum 6+ years of Salesforce CPQ implementation experience.Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (mandatory).Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow automation.Experience with ERP and billing integrations, data migration, and validation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across teams.Nice to HaveSalesforce Administrator or Developer certifications.Familiarity with financial services processes and regulatory compliance.Exposure to advanced billing solutions and DevOps practices for Salesforce.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN methodologies for process optimization.Company Description-Indsafri believes in the limitless potential of individuals to create and build anything imaginable.
