Arboreal is committed to driving innovation and contributing to a healthier future by empowering brands to deliver high-quality, clean-label alternatives to traditional products.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a National Sales Manager - Key Accounts - Food Ingredients at Arboreal. Post the first 2 quarters, it is possible for the NSM to be based out of Bangalore, NCR or Mumbai. And you will be working directly with Founders.The role involves developing and implementing business strategies, managing key accounts, leading the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include creating and executing comprehensive sales plans, analyzing market trends, building strong relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions, overseeing account management, and optimizing performance. The role also includes managing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and contributing to the long-term growth and success of the company.QualificationsAtleast 10+ Years of high quality B2B Sales Experience. Experience in International Ingredient Distribution Houses with a Focus on Nutraceutical and Food Ingredients is a strong plus. Strong skills in Business Planning and Budgeting to forecast, plan, and effectively allocate resources for achieving sales objectives. Proven experience in Account Management and building lasting relationships with clients to deliver customized solutions and drive customer satisfaction. Sales expertise and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the food ingredients or similar industries. Team Management experience, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage client interactions and sales processes. Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred. Knowledge of the food ingredients or functional foods industry is highly desirable. Willingness to be based in Lucknow and work in an on-site capacity.Prior experience of dealing in Food/Nutraceutical/Pharma Ingredients is a plus. This role is a targeted at relatively experienced people so freshers are requested to excuse.What we offer:1) Competitive Compensation.
