Develop and update course curricula using modern pedagogical approaches. Supervise undergraduate projects, graduate theses, and dissertations. Mentor students for academic and professional development.Research Conduct independent and collaborative research in agronomy or allied fields. Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and other scholarly outlets. Secure external research funding through grants and sponsored projects.
