We are seeking an experiencedSAP FICO Consultantto support end‑to‑end implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise, strong business process understanding, and hands‑on experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.Key Responsibilities Lead SAP FICO implementation, enhancement, and support activities. Configure FI modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO modules (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis). Translate business requirements into functional specifications. Conduct workshops with finance stakeholders to gather requirements. Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with technical teams (ABAP, Basis). Ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules. Prepare documentation: FS, TS, test scripts, configuration documents. Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing. Provide end‑user training and post‑go‑live support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years of experience in SAP FICO (ECC or S/4HANA). Strong understanding of financial processes: GL, P2P, O2C, Costing, Fixed Assets, Banking. Experience in S/4HANA Finance (Universal Ledger, New Asset Accounting) is preferred. SAP Certification in FICO is a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities. Ability to work with cross‑functional teams. Hands‑on experience in configuration, testing, and support. Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and other modules.
