Role SummaryWe are looking for an Influencer Marketing Lead. we are 10 year old influencer agency who can independently own, grow, and execute influencer-led brand campaigns within our agency.This role is ideal for someone who understands influencer marketing end-to-end — from creator discovery and campaign ideation to brand integration, execution, and account growth. You will work closely with the business development team during client discussions and take full ownership of campaigns once projects are closed.This is not a coordination or support role. This is an ownership-driven role within influencer marketing.Core ObjectiveOwn and scale influencer marketing initiatives for assigned brands by: Designing and executing high-quality influencer campaigns Building strong, long-term brand relationships Driving repeat collaborations and account growth Success in this role is measured through campaign quality, client satisfaction, and growth of influencer-led accounts.Key Responsibilities 1. Influencer Marketing Strategy Understand brand objectives, audience, and campaign goals Translate brand briefs into effective influencer marketing strategies Identify and onboard relevant creators across platforms Ensure authentic and impactful brand integrations 2. Client Interaction & Planning Participate in client meetings along with the BD team Understand requirements, timelines, and budgets Contribute to campaign proposals and execution plans Support closure discussions when required3. Campaign Execution & Delivery Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end Coordinate creators, timelines, and deliverables Ensure timely execution and content quality Maintain strong day-to-day communication with brands4.
