This role is for someone who takes accountability, ships fast, communicates clearly and cares about maintainable, scalable software.Role SummaryWe are seeking aFull Stack Developerwho will take ownership of core product modules designing, building, deploying, and improving them continuously. You will work acrossPHP/MySQLon the backend andHTML/CSS/JS/Reacton the frontend, collaborating directly with product and design to deliver high-impact features with speed and precision.This is not a task-based role. Ownership, clarity and execution speed are central.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end development of product features, from requirements to deployment Build scalable backend logic usingPHPandMySQL , designing clean and modular data models Develop responsive, accessible UIs usingHTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap JavaScript and React.js Integrate and maintain third-party APIs and payment gateways Work closely with UI/UX designers to convert Figma designs into production-ready front-end Review and refactor code for performance, reliability, and maintainability Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness across features Write clear documentation for features, technical specs, and workflows Track and resolve bugs with urgency, owning outcomesnot just code Contribute to architectural decisions and platform scalability discussions Maintain code quality and version control practices using Git/GitHubRequired Experience & Skills4–7 years of full-stack development experience Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, MVC patterns, and API-driven backend development Advanced front-end experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery and React.js Experience integrating payment gateways and third-party services Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across full stack Ability to translate UX/UI designs into functional, high-quality front-end code Experience working in a SaaS or product-based startup environment Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative delivery cycles Clear, direct communication and accountability-driven work styleWhat Success Looks LikeYou own modules—not just tasks You ship high-quality work quickly and improve it continuously You collaborate proactively with design and product Your code is clean, maintainable, and deployed to real users frequentlyCompensation & CommitmentFull-time, remote Competitive compensation with performance-based growth Path to Senior Developer Tech Lead (based on ownership and delivery)
