Frontend Engineer (Remote – India) Location: Remote (India only) Experience: 3+ years of commercial application development Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time/ Contract (adjust as needed) About the Role We’re looking for a skilled Frontend Engineer based in India to help build and scale modern, user-facing applications. You’ll work on production-grade web and mobile experiences using React and related technologies, collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams in a fast-moving, remote-first environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean code, scalable architecture, and polished user experiences. What You’ll Do Build and maintain high-quality web and mobile interfaces using React and React Native Develop server-rendered and performance-optimized applications using Next.js or another SSR framework Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested TypeScript code Implement responsive, accessible UI using HTML and CSS Write and maintain unit and component tests using Jest or equivalent testing frameworks Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver end-to-end features Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions Debug, optimize, and continuously improve application performance and reliability Required Qualifications 3+ years of commercial experience building production web or mobile applications Strong experience with React Hands-on experience with React Native Experience with Next.js or another server-side rendering (SSR) equivalent Proficiency in TypeScript Solid understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 Experience with Jest or similar testing frameworks Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and workflows (npm/yarn, Git, CI/CD basics) Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment Must be based in India Nice to Have Experience with performance optimization and SEO for SSR applications Familiarity with component libraries or design systems Experience consuming REST or GraphQL APIs Exposure to mobile app deployment (iOS/Android) with React Native Prior experience working with distributed or global teams What We Offer Fully remote role (India-based) Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to work on real, production-scale products High ownership and impact in a growing team Flexible working hours and a results-oriented culture Equal Opportunity Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and value diversity.
