As we continue to scale across international markets, we are looking for a Design Lead who can take ownership of our product catalogues, design systems, and visual consistency, while working closely with product, merchandising, and marketing teams. Role Overview The Design Lead will play a critical role in shaping Shrey’s visual output with a strong focus on catalogue design, product presentation, and structured data-driven design workflows. This role requires a blend of design aesthetics, product understanding, fabric knowledge, and operational discipline, along with hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities Catalogue & Product Design • Lead the design and execution of product catalogues, lookbooks, line sheets, and sales presentations • Ensure accurate product representation including fabric details, GSM, finishes, colorways, sizing, and features • Work closely with merchandising and product teams to translate technical data into visually strong catalogues • Maintain version control, pricing references, SKUs, and product matrices with precision Design Execution & Aesthetics • Maintain a clean, premium, and performance-driven design aesthetic across all outputs • Ensure brand consistency across print, digital, catalogue, and retail creatives • Oversee layouts, typography, imagery, and visual hierarchy for high-impact presentation Data & Excel-Driven Workflows • Work extensively with Microsoft Excel for product data, SKU mapping, pricing sheets, BOMs, and catalogue inputs • Coordinate Excel-based data with InDesign / design files to ensure accuracy and consistency • Cross-check and validate product data before final catalogue releases Fabric & Product Knowledge • Strong understanding of fabrics, compositions, GSMs, finishes, and performance properties • Ability to visually and descriptively communicate fabric benefits in catalogues and marketing assets • Collaborate with sourcing and production teams to stay aligned on material updates Cross-functional Collaboration • Work closely with product, merchandising, sales, marketing, and leadership teams • Support sales teams with custom catalogues, tender documents, and buyer presentations • Ensure timely delivery of creative assets aligned with business timelines Requirements • Proven experience in design leadership, catalogue design, or product-focused design roles • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) • Strong design aesthetics with a structured, detail-oriented approach • Solid understanding of fabrics and apparel construction • Experience in sports, apparel, or performance product brands preferred • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines Preferred Background • Experience in sportswear, performance apparel, or equipment brands • Familiarity with teamwear, uniforms, or technical sports products • Understanding of global sports branding and catalogue standards How to Apply Please share your portfolio and CV at Subject: Design Lead – {Your Name}
