India Recruitment Lead Shift- Day Shift Time- 9:30 Am- 6:30PM Days working- 6 days About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and scale our hiring operations across India. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume, performance-driven environment. You will own end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Operations, Leadership, and niche/specialized roles, and help build a high-performing recruitment function capable of delivering speed, quality, and measurable business impact. This is a practical, execution-focused role—you must have deep, hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment in India, building ATS workflows, defining KPIs, and consistently achieving ambitious hiring targets. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & High-Volume Recruitment · Lead full-cycle recruitment for India-based Sales teams, Operations, Leadership, and specialized roles. · Build and maintain high-volume, high-velocity pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously. · Ensure timely hiring while maintaining strong quality-of-hire standards. · Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract hard-to-find talent in competitive markets, especially for sales and revenue-generating roles. 2. Team Leadership & Performance Management · Mentor and manage a small-to-medium recruitment team, ensuring execution excellence. · Set and track recruiter KPIs: submissions, interviews, offers, joins, and time-to-fill. · Monitor recruiter performance, provide coaching, and drive accountability. · Promote a culture of speed, ownership, and results within the recruitment team. 3. Process Optimization & ATS Management · Support the design, implementation, and optimization of ATS workflows, dashboards, and recruitment reporting. · Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase hiring efficiency. · Maintain structured interview scorecards, evaluation frameworks, and SLAs to ensure consistency and quality. · Leverage data and metrics to enhance decision-making and process efficiency. 4. Stakeholder Engagement · Partner with India leadership, hiring managers, and functional heads to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles. · Provide data-driven updates on pipeline health, hiring progress, and challenges. · Act as a reliable point of contact for all recruitment activities in India.
