Job Summary We are seeking an experiencedInfiniBand Network Engineerwith strong expertise acrossInfiniBand, Ethernet, GPU compute environments, and LAN/MAN networking . The ideal candidate will design, deploy, optimize, and support high-performance networking solutions that power large-scale compute and AI/HPC workloads.Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and manageInfiniBand fabricsfor high-performance computing (HPC) and GPU-based environments Configure and supportEthernet networks(1G–400G) alongside InfiniBand infrastructure Integrate networking solutions forGPU compute clusters(NVIDIA, AMD, or similar platforms) Plan, implement, and maintainLAN and MAN networks , ensuring high availability and performance Perform network troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning across IB and Ethernet Configure switches, routers, and network interfaces (MLAG, LACP, VLANs, VXLAN, RDMA, RoCE) Monitor network performance, capacity planning, and optimization Collaborate with compute, storage, and systems teams to support AI/ML, HPC, and data center workloads Maintain documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures Support network upgrades, migrations, and new technology rolloutsRequired Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experiencein network engineering Strong experience withInfiniBand networking(IB switches, HCAs, fabric management) Solid expertise inEthernet networkingand protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, QoS) Experience supportingGPU compute environmentsand HPC or AI/ML clusters Proven experience withLAN and MAN networkingarchitectures Hands-on experience with network vendors such asNVIDIA (Mellanox), Cisco, Arista, Juniper , or equivalent Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
