Job Description VAM Systemsis a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Servicescompany. VAM Systems is currently looking for Java Developer for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions: Basic requirements 4+ years of experience in Java, J2EE programming, CSS, JavaScript, HTML and Web Standards Preferably certified in the field, e.g. OCJP & OCWCD University degree in computer science/engineering or related. Advance requirements (Added value): Decent experience in test Automation Experience with Mobile development (Android/iOS) experience with UX/UI skills. AWS certificates (architect/developer) Knowledge in AWS micro services architecture i.e. containers Bahraini nationals and Arabic speakers are preferred. Required Skills: General interpersonal skills and qualifications required for the job: Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives. Experience is practicing executing Enterprise Projects for Enterprise organizations. Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills and abilities. Proven ability to assess problems and conduct in-depth research for solutions. Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication and documentation skills. Advanced knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Environment and authoring of organization wide policies and procedures. Positive, highly self-motivated and directed individual and work dependently. Proven self-learning abilities and skills. Strong ability to adapt, prioritize, plan, and execute tasks in a high-pressure rapidly changing environment. Strong ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Review business requirements and perform thorough and comprehensive analysis to ensure full and detailed coverage of the scope of work. Design system functions to fit with the suggested business requirements and process flaw. Execute business impact analysis and describe the effect of the change to business users to prepare them for UAT. Develop system functionalities and perform the required tests to guarantee integrity of the service. Respond to testers/users queries and attend to support requests. Participate in L3 support team. Perform necessary R&Ds and help adopting new technologies. Help executing functional, performance, security, and other technical tests. Prepare the required documentation.
