Responsibilities: Assist with   end-to-end recruitment , including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Support   employee onboarding , documentation, induction, and internal coordination. Help maintain HR data, employee records, and daily operational trackers. Assist in planning and executing   employee engagement activities , events, and communication drives. Coordinate with internal teams to support daily HR operations. Contribute to improving HR processes, documentation, and candidate experience. Support attendance monitoring, leave records, and HR reporting as required. Requirements Graduates from   BBA / BCom / BA / BMS / BSc   or related fields with interest in   Human Resources . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail, organizational ability, and professionalism.
