I’m hiring a Social Media Manager / Social Media Agency for my brand Oh Krab! Oh Krab! is a men’s resortwear / casualwear brand I’ve been building with a lot of intention — from product quality to aesthetics to storytelling. We’re now at a stage where social media needs to be handled by someone who actually understands brand-building , not just posting. I’m looking for a proactive, creative, and professional partner who can take complete ownership of our social media presence and grow it with purpose. This is not a “schedule posts and done” role. This is a long-term brand-building partnership . What I Need Help With 1. Strategy & Growth You’ll help plan how Oh Krab! shows up online — content direction, formats, storytelling, and growth strategy. 2. Content That Feels Like the Brand Translate a mood, lifestyle, and feeling into content — Reels, carousels, stories, campaigns — with consistency. 3. Community, PR & Collaborations Handle engagement, influencer seeding, PR outreach, and collaborations to place the brand in the right spaces. 4. (Bonus) Performance Marketing If you understand ads and scaling content through paid media, that’s a plus. 5. Ownership & Accountability We’ll review performance monthly and improve with intention, not vanity metrics. Who I’m Looking For Someone who has: Worked with fashion / lifestyle / D2C brands A proven track record of growing Instagram accounts Strong aesthetic sense and storytelling ability A proactive mindset — you bring ideas, not just execution Professional communication & workflow If you’re an agency , I want hands-on involvement. If you’re a professional , I want a partner mindset. Location Delhi / NCR preferred (for shoots & coordination) Remote possible if your work speaks for itself.
