What you’ll do: - This role requires extensive interaction with “Changemakers” – those partners of Roundglass who work at the ground and field level. The Associate/Junior Associate role will handle the complete life cycle of employment and engagement of Changemakers. - Play an active role in deployment of P&C strategy and processes for improving Changemaker’s engagement and overall productivity. - Managing onboarding and offboarding for Changemakers. - Accurate, complete, and timely maintenance of HRIS for new hires and manage offboarding. - Tracking attendance, processing monthly invoices and ensuring timely payment to Changemakers. - Custodian of accurate & complete Changemakers records and document management across their lifecycle on BOX. - Review processes for efficiency, effectiveness and explore opportunities for automation. - Put in place and in use an internal audit framework to identify gaps in process standardization and implementation. Ensure corrective action to minimize/eliminate deviations and plug gaps. - Develop and execute career path and role enhancement for Changemakers. - 1:1 connect in person with changemakers who are available in various parts of Punjab (or elsewhere) and engage with them regularly. - Prepare various MIS & Dashboards and present it to Leader, P&C and BU leaders. Requirements - This role will require extensive local travel on a regular basis. - Be proficient in audits – program execution / deliverables / stakeholder engagement on a regular basis. - Someone with an eye for detail, structure and accuracy. - Diligent and disciplined especially for repetitive and routine tasks. - Time management and prioritization skills. - Hands‑on data entry and management in HR systems. - Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred. - Comfortable in travelling to various parts of Punjab to meet Changemakers. - Prior experience in Social Impact sector is preferred. - Travel reimbursement, laptop, Wi‑Fi dongle will be provided by Roundglass.
