Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Lead in Planning, based in Bengaluru South with some flexibility for remote work. The Team Lead will oversee financial planning projects, guide and coordinate a team of financial planners, and ensure compliance with SEBI regulations. Responsibilities include creating and managing customized investment plans, conducting financial analysis, developing strategies for wealth management, and maintaining strong client relationships. Regular engagement with stakeholders to understand and address client financial needs will be a core aspect of this role. Qualifications - Proficiency in Financial Planning and Wealth Management, with knowledge of SEBI regulations and compliance practices. - Strong analytical skills including Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting. - Leadership capabilities, including Team Management and Coordination experience. - Exceptional Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Interpersonal skills. - Relevant certifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or equivalent are an advantage. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. - A solutions-driven mindset with the ability to craft tailored financial plans to achieve client objectives.
