Job Overview SHINE AD AGENCY is looking for a creative and market-driven Graphic Designer with strong skills in Video Editing and Logo Animation. The ideal candidate should understand design aesthetics, printing standards, and customer psychology, and deliver impactful creatives across digital and offline platforms. Key Responsibilities - Design logos, brand identities, and logo animations - Create posters, social media creatives, and large-format hoarding designs - Handle video editing and motion graphics for advertising campaigns - Develop designs based on market trends and target audience behavior - Ensure creatives are print-ready with proper color modes, bleed, and resolution - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality creative outputs Required Skills & Expertise - Strong expertise in Graphic Design, Video Editing & Motion Graphics - Experience in Logo Designing and Logo Animations - Ability to design across formats: digital posts to large hoardings - Excellent printing knowledge (materials, color profiles, output standards) - Strong design sense and visual storytelling ability - Understanding of markets and customers to create result-oriented designs - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) - Working knowledge of CorelDRAW - Up-to-date knowledge of AI-generated content and creative tools Ideal Candidate - Creative, detail-oriented, and commercially aware - Stays updated with the latest design, marketing, and AI trends - Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
