Oracle Fusion Financial Techno Functional Consultant with Report Writer Exp - Exp: 7+yrs - Location:- Remote - Notice Period: Immediate - Shift Timing :- 3:30 PM - 12:30 AM IST - Excellent communication Responsibilities: Serve as a Senior Platform Analyst, provide hands-on configuration and advanced reporting across Oracle Financials Collaborate closely with the Oracle Product Owner to support backlog delivery, system enhancements, and production stability Build and manage Oracle reports to meet the evolving needs of the Finance organization Support and manage configurations within Oracle ERP, ensuring alignment with business requirements Coordinate with IT and development teams to facilitate technical builds and integrations as needed Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Financials, offering guidance and support to other financial systems as required Assist in achieving a steady state for our Oracle ERP implementation, paving the way for long-term stability and strategic planning Qualifications: Proven experience as a Senior Platform Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on Oracle (Fusion) Financials Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP configuration and advanced reporting Ability to work effectively in partnership with product owners, project managers, IT, and development teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support multiple financial systems as needed Experience in managing system enhancements and ensuring production stability Knowledge of Oracle report writing and configuration management Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a managed services or staff augmentation capacity Familiarity with financial systems integration and technical build processes Previous experience supporting Oracle ERP rollouts and stabilizing post-implementation environments
