About the role This is a senior leadership opportunity for a results-driven delivery professional to own and scale our permanent and high-volume staffing delivery operations in India. You’ll bring together strategic thinking, financial ownership, and people leadership to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and long-term client partnerships. What you’ll do - Own end-to-end revenue and P&L for the India delivery business, driving profitable and sustainable growth. - Lead large-scale recruitment delivery teams focused on permanent staffing and high-volume hiring. - Build strong, consultative relationships with key clients and senior internal stakeholders. - Partner with sales, recruitment, and finance teams to forecast demand and plan delivery capacity. - Define and implement best-in-class delivery practices to improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, productivity, and candidate experience. - Coach, develop, and inspire delivery leaders and recruiters, building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. - Track market trends, talent availability, and competitive insights to proactively shape delivery strategy. - Lead regular business reviews and financial reporting, providing data-driven insights to senior leadership. - Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and corporate compliance standards.
