Role Description Protrainy is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Meta, Google, and Paid Ads management. This full-time, on-site role, based in Bhubaneswar, involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across various platforms, developing social media marketing strategies, and generating leads to enhance brand visibility and reach. The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performances using web analytics tools, refining strategies, and ensuring effective allocation of the marketing budget to achieve business goals. Qualifications - Knowledge and hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing. - Strong skills in Lead Generation and Marketing with a strategic mindset to achieve campaign goals. - Proficiency in Web Analytics tools to track and optimize digital ad performance. - Ability to develop and implement effective advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google. - Excellent communication and analytical skills, combined with creativity and attention to detail. - Prior experience in digital marketing roles and familiarity with paid advertising platforms will be advantageous. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. - Location-Patia,Bhubaneswar Pay Monthly 25 to 40K
