Job Title - Business Analyst - Sales Strategy Key Responsibilities: - Analyze sales, market, and business performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. - Develop high-impact PPT presentations for senior leadership, translating data insights into clear business narratives. - Create interactive dashboards and reports using modern BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms. - Support sales strategy formulation through data-backed insights, forecasting, and performance tracking. - Interpret large datasets and convert them into meaningful, decision-ready information. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business teams to align analytics with business objectives. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of analytical reports and presentations. - Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights as required by leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. Required Skills & Competencies: - Strong proficiency in Power BI / Tableau / advanced Excel / other modern data visualization tools. - Solid understanding of sales analytics, business metrics, and performance dashboards. - Excellent data interpretation and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex insights. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership. - Strong business acumen, preferably within FMCG, Consumer Products, or Specialty Chemicals sectors. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
