We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with prior B2B sales experience to drive revenue through the sale of our AI-based software products, while also supporting opportunities for technology and consulting services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face client engagement, understands solution selling, and is eager to grow in the AI and enterprise technology space. Key Responsibilities - Drive end-to-end sales of AI-based technology products to mid-market and enterprise clients. - Identify, generate, and qualify leads through market research, digital platforms, and field outreach. - Conduct in-person meetings, understand client requirements, and present tailored solutions. - Convert qualified leads into successful closures and consistently meet sales targets. - Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM and sales tracking tools. - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell technology and digital services alongside products. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales cycles and client satisfaction. Required Experience & Qualifications - 2–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in IT, SaaS, AI, or technology solutions. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline. - Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets. - Experience in Software Product Sales is mandatory Skills & Competencies - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to understand technical solutions and articulate business value. - Comfortable using Google Workspace, MS Office, and CRM platforms. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Additional Requirements - Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory for client meetings. - Fluency in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
