The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates from India and outside India, conducting interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process. They will also facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, provide training, and assist with onboarding new employees.
