Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Field Sales Executive. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with partners and clients, identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company's eye care solutions. The candidate will handle client communications, manage the sales cycle, and provide feedback to the internal team to continuously enhance services and solutions. The role requires regular travel to engage with clients and foster strong partnerships. Qualifications - Sales and relationship management skills, including client acquisition and retention - Strong communication and negotiation abilities to effectively promote services - Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to work independently and make proactive decisions in a fast-paced environment - Experience in healthcare sales, particularly eye care or medical services, is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Key Responsibilities : - Conduct daily visits to 10–12 corporates across Delhi NCR. - Meet and engage with HR/Admin decision-makers to pitch eye check-up camps. - Represent Eye Zenith & Eye Zenith Optical in all client interactions. - Build strong relationships for repeat opportunities (hunting & farming). - Maintain visit reports and achieve monthly targets. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful camp execution. Requirements : - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. - Confident in client-facing interactions. - Target-driven, energetic, and comfortable with extensive field work. - Freshers welcome; sales experience is an advantage. - Must be comfortable with 6-day working.
