Role Description This is a full-time remote opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst to join the PPStack team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role involves facilitating communication between stakeholders, drafting clear and actionable reports, and ensuring alignment between business needs and proposed solutions. Additionally, the Business Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, support project implementation, and ensure a seamless user experience. Qualifications - Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making - Expertise in Business Analysis, including identifying and documenting business requirements - Comprehensive understanding of Business Processes and strategies for optimization - Excellent Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and presenting findings - Familiarity with process improvement techniques and documentation tools - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field - Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in educational technology or a related domain - Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines - Proficiency in software tools used for project management, data visualization, and documentation (e.g., JIRA, Power BI, Visio)
