Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area for a B2B Healthcare Manager. The role entails managing and optimizing business planning cycles, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategic plans to enhance relationships with healthcare industry partners. Responsibilities include customer service management and ensuring satisfaction, overseeing sales operations to meet business goals, and fostering effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives. Qualifications - Strong Analytical Skills to analyze data, interpret trends, and provide insights for strategic decision-making - Proficiency in Business Planning to develop and execute effective strategies that align with organizational objectives - Strong Communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration - Expertise in Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships - Experience in Sales Operations, including managing and refining sales processes and meeting sales targets - Proven ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional initiatives - Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field - Familiarity with healthcare industry practices and regulations is a plus Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and channel partners Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demos Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing/contracts Manage the complete sales cycle: lead → meeting → proposal → closure Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain CRM records and update pipeline regularly Coordinate with marketing and operations team for smooth delivery Handle post-sales support, client satisfaction, and retention Track competitor activities and market trends Required Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Lead generation and client acquisition ability Good understanding of B2B sales process Confidence in corporate meetings and presentations Ability to handle objections and close deals CRM knowledge (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce etc.) Team management and leadership skills Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Any relevant field Minimum 2–5 years experience in B2B Sales (preferred) Experience in corporate sales / enterprise sales is a plus Preferred Industry Experience (Optional) IT / SaaS Real Estate Education / EdTech Healthcare FMCG / Manufacturing KPIs / Performance Metrics Monthly revenue achieved Number of new clients onboarded Lead conversion rate Sales pipeline growth Client retention and repeat business Number of years of Experience : 2-5 years Salary - 4-12 LPA
