1. Growth & Development 2. Driving Top Line: Achieving expected sales target on consistent basis. 3. Cascading the channels strategy and key focus areas for the achievement of set goals. 4. Renewal Ratio: Ensuring budgeted renewal ratio to be achieved by continuous follow up. 5. Stakeholder Management 6. Engage with IMDs in the city / region on a regular basis; share business insights, growth plans and new products / schemes in order to showcase organization credentials as well expand IMD network 7. Inform superior on critical issues / concerns involving other verticals; seek support on resolution 8. Sales Planning 9. Devise month wise strategy and weekly breakdown with the team; identify possible risks and derailers in achievement of the same; drive implementation of steps to tackle the challenges in the best possible way 10. Market Study & Intelligence Gathering 11. To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the brand and growing the brand 12. Excellent inter-personal skills and person expected to have high degree of credibility in the local market. 13. Digitization: Online policy issuance should be promoted by way of training to IMDs and driving them for doing so. 14. Identification and onboarding new channel partner
