The position is fulltime & based in Mumbai/Navi MumbaiRole OverviewAs a Senior HR Generalist, you will be the HR point of contact for one Business Unit, responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as HR SPOC for an assigned Business UnitManage onboarding, confirmations, role changes, and exitsHandle all HR documentation and employee recordsCoordinate and validate monthly payroll inputsAddress employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary mattersEnsure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policiesMaintain HR MIS, trackers, and support auditsSupport performance cycles, engagement initiatives, and HR programsWhat We’re Looking For8–10 years of experience as an HR Generalist / Senior HR ExecutiveProven experience managing HR operations independentlyStrong understanding of payroll processes and Indian labour lawsMature, grounded professional with sound decision-making abilityStrong communication, stakeholder management, and confidentialityProficiency in MS Excel and HR documentation
