Material Handling & Storage: - Receive, inspect, and verify incoming engineering materials and spare parts against purchase orders and invoices. - Ensure proper storage conditions, handling, and preservation of materials to prevent damage or deterioration. - Implement and maintain 5S principles in the engineering stores for efficient organization. Issuance & Documentation: - Issue materials, tools, and spare parts to maintenance teams as per approved requisitions. - Maintain proper documentation of material issuance, receipts, and returns. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for store operations. Coordination & Reporting: - Work closely with the maintenance and procurement teams to ensure the availability of critical spare parts. - Track slow-moving and obsolete inventory and report to management for necessary action. - Generate and submit stock reports, consumption analysis, and requisition requests.
