Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for SAP consultants across multiple modules and geographies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP skill hiring, vendor/client coordination, and fast-paced IT staffing environments.Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end SAP recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. • Recruit SAP consultants across modules such as SAP S/4HANA, SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, FICO, ABAP, BW, HANA, IBP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, EWM, TM, etc. • Work closely with sales, account managers, and clients to understand project requirements and timelines. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking. • Screen candidates for technical skills, project experience, availability, visa/work authorization, and rate expectations. • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with candidates and clients. • Manage contract staffing, C2C, payroll parking, and permanent hiring models. • Maintain accurate records in ATS / CRM systems. • Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for client requirements. • Build and maintain a strong SAP consultant talent pipeline. • Support offer rollouts, documentation, and compliance requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in SAP / IT recruitment. • Strong understanding of SAP technologies, modules, and project-based hiring. • Experience hiring for global clients (APAC / EMEA / US preferred). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment. • Familiarity with contract staffing, rate cards, and vendor management. • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS tools.Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with system integrators, Big 4, or large consulting firms. • Knowledge of visa types, work permits, and compliance (country-specific). • Exposure to staff augmentation and project-based SAP hiring. • Multilingual skills are a plus.What We Offer • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives • Opportunity to work with top SAP clients and global projects • Fast-growing, entrepreneurial work environment • Career growth in SAP staffing and consulting recruitment
