You will work on inbound and outbound calling, screen pops, call dispositioning, recordings, and SMS/email automation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Amazon Connect contact flows (IVR, queue, callback, voicemail, last-agent routing).Configure phone numbers, queues, routing profiles, and agent experience (CCP, call controls, metrics).Build AWS Lambda functions for dynamic routing and API-based integrations.Integrate Amazon Connect with Salesforce Service Cloud / Salesforce Voice including inbound screen pops and call logging.Enable two-way data flow using Streams API, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, and REST APIs.Implement outbound dialing, click-to-call, skill-based routing, and automated messaging.Configure call recordings, S3 storage, encryption, and retention policies.Build real-time and historical reports using Amazon Connect, CloudWatch, or QuickSight.Ensure security, compliance (IAM, TCPA, DNC), testing, and CI/CD-based deployments.
