Job Description We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator specializing in Program Development to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities - Assist in the development and implementation of program strategies and plans - Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution - Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to management - Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes - Support the preparation of project reports and presentations - Facilitate communication between team members and external partners - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues as they arise - Conduct research and analysis to support program development efforts Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field - 4-9 years of experience in project coordination or program development - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities - Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles - Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks
