BQE Software is looking for a proficient and detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to support and execute core HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role is intended for an HR professional who demonstrates strong operational ownership, sound judgment in people matters, and the ability to work effectively across multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.The position is hands-on in nature and works closely with the HR Manager, contributing to recruitment operations, onboarding, training alignment, employee relations support, workplace coordination, and consistent execution of HR processes. The focus is on accuracy, responsiveness, and enabling a positive employee experience across the organization.Workplace Type: On SiteJob Location: Srinagar - J&KKey ResponsibilitiesManage and support end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HRIS updates.Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operations, including interview logistics, stakeholder alignment, candidate engagement, and maintenance of hiring data to support timely hiring decisions.Support effective employee relations by managing first-level matters through defined channels and ensuring appropriate escalation to HR leadership in line with established frameworks.Support administration of leave and attendance processes, including system updates, employee guidance, and coordination as required.Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives aligned with HR priorities and organizational culture.Support end-to-end training coordination, including scheduling and participation tracking.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective workplace operations and employee-related operational support.Support implementation and communication of HR policies and compliance requirements, ensuring consistent application across the organization.Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, HR documentation, HRIS data, and HR-related reports, supporting compliance, visibility, and informed decision-making.Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and operational workflows.Required Experience & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in HR is preferred.2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations or People Operations role, supporting HR execution across the employee lifecycle.Demonstrated experience in HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding and offboarding processes, HR documentation, and HRIS updates.Prior exposure to employee relations support, leave and attendance administration, and HR data tracking.Experience working in a tech, product, or services-driven organization (preferred).Required SkillsStrong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, HR documentation, and day-to-day people operationsHands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Zoho People, Workday, or similar systems).Proficiency in MS Excel to support HR data handling, accuracy, and operational reporting.Ability to work with HR data to ensure accuracy, identify basic trends, and support reporting needs.Experience supporting recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling using scheduling tools/platforms.Cross-functional collaboration and = coordination skills to support effective HR operations.High level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional judgment in handling sensitive employee information.How You’ll Make an Impact:Gain hands-on exposure across core HR operations while contributing to a high-quality people function.Work closely with HR leadership on initiatives that shape employee experience and organizational culture.Build strong operational and people skills by owning critical HR processes end to end.Grow in a collaborative HR environment while supporting a scalable and compliant HR setup.
