Ahmedabad, Pune, Bangalore are preferredCompensation: Competitive ( Base + Excellent commission )Required Qualifications:2 to 6 years of IT Technical Recruiting experience in US staffing industryExperience with USA based IT / Technical Staffing operations is a MUSTExperience recruiting US candidates on W2 and/or C2CExcellent handling of end to end recruitingWorking with job boards like LinkedIn, Monster, DICE, etc.Experience with working with Social Media recruiting using LinkedIn, Twitter etcExperience with ATS like JobDiva, Ceipal, MaxHire, CATSone or similarMust be highly motivated, dedicated and results-driven to attain growth goals.Excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skillsWillingness to work in hybrid model will be plus pointWorking hours: 8pm to 5:30am ISTResponsibilities:Full Life Cycle of Technical Recruiting (Sourcing and screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
