Your new trajectory starts here at Launch.What we are looking for: The Senior Power BI Developer will deliver enterprise-grade business intelligence solutions exclusively within the Microsoft Azure Data Stack, including Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, and related services. Embedded as a consultant within Microsoft, this role will partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, high-performance BI solutions. The developer will design and optimize data models, implement advanced analytics features, and ensure data accuracy and governance across Microsoft’s cloud-native environment. Success in this role requires both deep technical expertise and the ability to act as a trusted advisor, influencing solution design and adoption of Microsoft BI best practices. Role: Senior Power BI DeveloperLocation: HyderabadShift timings: US Overlapping hours(2PM-11PM) Years of experience: 15+ Years of experienceRoles & Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions using Power BI within the Microsoft Azure Data StackLeverage Microsoft Copilot for Power BI, Fabric, and Azure services to enhance insight generation, automate data preparation, and streamline reporting workflowsBuild intuitive, interactive dashboards and reports that support decision-making across diverse business domainsPartner with Microsoft stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into optimized BI solutionsCreate and fine-tune data models, DAX calculations, and Power BI dataflows for performance and usabilityEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and refresh reliability within Microsoft’s governance and compliance frameworkCollaborate with data engineering teams to source and integrate data from Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, and Azure SynapseStay current on the latest Microsoft BI capabilities, features, and best practices to continually improve solutionsMin Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field15+ years of experience in business intelligence or data visualization rolesAdvanced expertise in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and visualization best practicesStrong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with Azure Data Services, Microsoft Fabric, and related toolsProficiency in SQL and Azure-native data transformation processesExcellent stakeholder engagement and consulting skills, with a focus on delivering user-centric BI solutionsExperience with Python or PySpark for advanced analytics is a plusHands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse and integration with the Power PlatformFamiliarity with Azure Machine Learning and advanced analytics in Power BIKnowledge of forecasting, statistical modeling, or predictive analytics techniquesWe are Navigators in the Age of Transformation:We use sophisticated technology to transform clients into the digital age, but our top priority is our positive impact on human experience.
