It is a water level controller which is an automatic device that uses sensors to monitor and regulate water levels in tanks, turning pumps on or off, to prevent overflow and dry running. Its main functions include preventing water waste by stopping overflows, saving energy by only running the pump when needed, and protecting the pump from damage by preventing it from running without water.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Executive at SAMZOFAR SPN2INDIA PVT LTD, based in Patna, Pune, Nagpur, Mumbai and Goa with some work-from-home flexibility for the first month and candidate must have personal desktop or laptop. After one month candidate have to sit in the zonal office (Patna, Pune, Nagpur, Mumbai and Goa). The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR management and operations, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies. The role involves recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting in policy implementation to foster a productive and positive work environment.QualificationsProficiency in Human Resources management, HR policies, and relevant best practicesKnowledge and experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processesStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethicsProficiency in HR software and tools is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
