This role is delivery-critical and focused on executing large-scale recruitment with speed, structure, and precision.You will support hiring for customer service and contact center roles, primarily for Southeast Asia markets (Malaysia & Thailand), while operating from India.Core ResponsibilitiesExecute high-volume recruiting for customer service and contact center rolesSource, screen, and qualify candidates for multilingual CX roles (English + local languages)Conduct structured screenings covering language proficiency, shift flexibility, contact center readiness, and immediate joiner capabilityCoordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding at scaleMaintain accurate candidate data in ATS and client portalsTrack and report daily recruitment metricsEnsure strict compliance with client hiring standards and confidentialityRequired Experience2–5+ years of experience in mass hiring or volume recruitmentExperience recruiting for BPO / Contact Center / CX rolesAbility to work under tight timelines and hiring rampsFamiliarity with enterprise hiring frameworksPreferred ExperienceExperience with Tele-performance, Accenture, or similar CX organizationsExposure to Southeast Asia hiring markets (Malaysia, Thailand preferred)Tools & SystemsATS platforms, client hiring portals, VMS toolsExcel / Google Sheets, dashboards, trackersExecution ExpectationsSpeed, structure, and consistencyHigh screening quality under volumeFull ownership of recruiter delivery metricsHow to ApplyInterested candidates may apply directly on LinkedIn.
