The role focuses on efficient recruitment operations, and strong coordination with project teams and external vendors.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition (EPC & Project Hiring)Manage end-to-end recruitment for EPC roles including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Project Management, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, Contracts, and Site AdministrationHandle bulk and project-based hiring for site personnel (engineers, supervisors, technicians, skilled and unskilled workforce)Partner with Project Managers and Functional Heads to understand manpower plans and mobilization timelinesDevelop sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, consultants, trade networks, and local hiring channelsConduct interviews, trade tests (where applicable), and competency assessmentsManage offer rollouts, negotiations, and pre-joining engagementRecruitment Operations & MobilizationEnsure timely mobilization of manpower at project sites as per project schedulesCoordinate documentation, medicals, background verification, and joining formalitiesMaintain accurate recruitment and manpower records (project-wise and role-wise)Manage ATS or recruitment trackers and generate hiring MIS reportsTrack key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, mobilization TAT, and manpower fulfilment
