The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience while maintaining compliance with UK/EU hiring regulations.Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for UK/EU positionsSource candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networkingScreen and interview candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fitCoordinate with hiring managers and manage offer & onboarding processesBuild and maintain a strong talent pipelineEnsure GDPR compliance and accurate ATS documentationRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field2–5 years of UK/EU recruitment experienceStrong knowledge of UK/EU hiring practices & GDPRExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsHands-on experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
