We work with a wide range of brands across different categories, including Gritzo, Fixderma Skincare, Great Learning, Chicnutrix, and many more. Under our Talent management segment that goes by the name of Talent Zilla, we are as of now managing some creators from the personal care, fashion and lifestyle sector.Role Overview:We are looking for a Talent Manager who is proactive, organized, and passionate about the creator economy. This role requires end-to-end management of creators, brand pitching, campaign execution, and client communication. You’ll be a key point of contact for both creators and brands, ensuring smooth operations and impactful collaborations.Key Responsibilities:Manage creators’ day-to-day communication via email, WhatsApp, and other channels. Make invoices on the creator's behalf and maintain google sheets.Pitch creators to brands, PR agencies, and event organizers for collaborations and opportunities.Act as the dedicated POC for brands/clients during campaign execution.Oversee end-to-end execution of collaborations, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.Drive growth for both creators and the agency by proactively exploring new opportunities.What We’re Looking For:Strong communication and relationship management skills.Experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or related fields.Ability to multitask and handle multiple creators/brands simultaneously.A smart worker with the drive to achieve incentives and exceed expectations.Self-motivated, reliable, and passionate about the digital content space.Prior experience in Account Management will also work with zeal to learn.Compensation will be based on the CV and expertise will the role Why Join Us?At Flickzilla Entertainment, we’re not just managing collaborations—we’re shaping the future of influencer marketing with FlickScope.
