This role will work very closely with the Business Stakeholders, supporting end-to-end recruitment for senior, niche, and business-critical roles across India and international markets.This position offers strong exposure to Technical Hiring, Leadership interactions, and BFSI domain recruitment, making it ideal for a recruiter looking to grow into BFSI hiring.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Hiring SupportSupport end-to-end recruitment for Banking, BFSI, QA, Digital Channels, Core Banking, Payments, and Lateral rolesSource and screen profiles for Delivery Managers, Test Managers, Program Managers, Architects, SMEs, and Lateral positionsEvaluate CVs against domain depth, role fit, and leadership expectationsConduct initial recruiter discussions and share structured insights with the Hiring HeadSourcing & Market MappingSource talent using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, WhatsApp groups, and professional networksAssist in market mapping and competitor talent analysis for niche banking skillsBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing Lateral requirementsStakeholder & Process ManagementCoordinate interviews, feedback cycles, and candidate follow-upsMaintain accurate trackers for pipeline health, interview progress, and closuresSupport offer coordination, documentation, and joining managementEnsure a consistent and positive candidate experienceStrategic Exposure & GrowthWork closely with the Hiring Head on Lateral hiring strategyAssist in candidate evaluation notes, profile positioning, and stakeholder communicationGain exposure to global hiring across India, UAE, GCC, APAC, and PhilippinesMust-Have Skills & ExperienceExperience in IT / BFSI recruitmentExposure to Banking, Financial Services, QA, or Technology hiringStrong CV screening and candidate assessment capabilitiesGood communication and stakeholder coordination skillsAbility to work in a high-ownership, fast-paced environmentGood to HaveExposure to BFSI, Lateral or niche hiringUnderstanding of banking domains such as Channels, Core Banking, Payments, Cards, and QAExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Excel-based trackersComfort working directly with senior stakeholdersWhat This Role OffersDirect mentorship and close working relationship with the Hiring HeadExposure to strategic and Lateral hiringClear growth path into Senior Talent Acquisition / Lateral Hiring rolesOpportunity to work on high-impact banking programs and global engagements
