Android Developer at parentune is the one, who's great at building scalable software solutions on Android Native. You would be involved deeply in the full software development lifecycle in this role, right from conception to deployment.You should have proven excellence in Android Mobile App Development, especially with the coding languages - Kotlin and Advanced Kotlin, development frameworks, and should be conversant with third-party libraries.You are the one if you have an eye for detail for great UX on native Android, you keep yourself updated with the latest technology and have demonstrated learnability and problem solving skills in your role.Desired Profile:Expertise in Kotlin, Advanced Kotlin, Java OOPs concept, Unit Testing, UI and UX designingShould be adept in Android App Architecture, app lifecycle, roomDB, SQLite, Firebase Crash analyticsShould be well versed with using App analytics like Moengage/Clevertap/App Ani/othersShould have a good understanding of ASO principlesShould have solved for challenges like compatibility with chinese devices, Notification deliveriesConversant with jetpack compose, Android Profiler, Network MonitoringAdept in deploying changes on the Play Console StoreHiring Process: OTT (Onboarding Top Talent) funnel, which has 5 steps:1st Round: Technical Exercise - Online or in person2nd Round : Discussion with the Founder - in person or online3rd Round : Technical discussion- in person at parentune office4th Round : Non Tech discussion- in person at parentune office5th Round : Final Discussion- in person at parentune officeSome of these in-person rounds are coupled and done on the same day/visit.We finish our process within 7-10 working days.30-60-90 days Plan 30 Days PlanTo have the first cut Roadmap ready in line with the Product Vision & GoalsTo continue the ongoing Sprints effectively60 Days PlanImplementation of the RoadmapEarly hurdles, problem solving, traction90 Days PlanEvidence of early traction on various routes taken, especially in engagement & funnel conversionNote: This is a work from office role, based out of Gurgaon
