Working as an integral part of our team, the purpose of this role would entail the ideal candidate to be responsible for the 'Sourcing' part of the recruitment process including sourcing, assessing candidates to check for fitment against the roles for the client.Note: This is a 'SOURCING' role only.Job description:Roles & Responsibilities -Ownership of the entire recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing for diverse roles (mix of IT & Non- IT).Attract top recruiting talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies.Execute headhunting, direct talent sourcing and networking strategies.Create talent pools as well as pipelining.Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding candidate's data.Work closely with the other Recruiters on the team on a daily basis and support him/her in order to meet all KPI’s and SLA’s.Ensuring exceptional candidate experience always maintaining Korn Ferry values and standards.Utilizing all the available sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline.Actively source candidates and build candidate talent and always building a healthy pipeline to cover immediate and future manpower needs.Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets to deliver a successful output.Qualifications & Requirements -At least 2 to 4 years of Recruitment experience supporting IT & non- IT roles majorly hiring within Tech/Digital space, across key job families in Software Development, Network, PM, Technical support, Sales, Marketing, Healthcare, HR, Operations etc etc.Experience in sourcing and screening for Tech/Non IT roles across key job families in Software, Platforms, Infrastructure, Security etc. - PAN India hiring (Domestic recruitment).Should use various methods of sourcing leveraging various job portals, Referrals, Community networking.
