Job Description

We are seeking highly driven and technically savvy IT Recruiters to support our U.S.-based clients. This role requires a strong understanding of U.S. hiring practices, exceptional sourcing capabilities, and the ability to identify high-quality IT talent across a range of skill sets and domains. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, people-oriented, and experienced in managing full-cycle recruitment for U.S. markets.Required Education:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MCA, BCA, BSc IT, or related technical discipline.Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:• Strong understanding of U.S. recruitment practices, compliance considerations, and hiring regulations.• Proven experience building effective IT talent pipelines and supporting large-scale recruitment needs.• Must be comfortable working U.S. CST time zone.• Experience recruiting U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and other eligible U.S. work authorization categories.• Solid understanding of U.S. work visas (H1B, E3, TN, etc.) and U.S. tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).• Strong grasp of technical requirements, IT skill sets, and technology stacks across various domains.• Deep understanding of modern IT roles, skill sets, architecture, cloud, DevOps, data, security, AI and software development technologies. • Ability to interpret complex technical job descriptions and accurately evaluate candidate proficiency.• Exceptional sourcing capabilities, strong market research, competitive intelligence and Boolean/advanced search techniques.• Highly self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities.• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.• Demonstrated ability to think analytically, evaluate candidates thoroughly, and recommend the best fit for client needs.• Proficient in English (oral and written).Key Responsibilities:• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for U.S. clients, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding assistance.• Partner closely with Recruiting Leads, Account Managers, and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.• Support and contribute to strategic global hiring initiatives and workforce planning programs.• Develop and execute targeted recruitment action plans to attract top-tier IT talent.• Source qualified candidates using niche, technology-specific platforms, professional networks, and innovative sourcing strategies.• Conduct thorough interviews, evaluate technical and cultural fit, document findings, and provide timely candidate recommendations.• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support company-wide growth objectives.• Stay updated on emerging technology trends, market conditions, and industry best practices.• Demonstrate strong experience recruiting for BFSI clients and handling specialized technical roles.
