The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end recruitment, working closely with internal stakeholders, and closing positions within defined timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end inhouse recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.Understand manpower requirements from department heads and hiring managers.Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders.Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and candidate documentation.Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3+ years of experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment.Strong experience in inhouse/corporate hiring.Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing tools.Good understanding of IT and Non-IT roles and hiring processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
