If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to master the US IT Staffing market, we want to talk to you!Role OverviewPosition: Junior Bench Sales RecruiterExperience: 0–1 Year (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome)Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Recurring IncentivesShift: Rotational Shifts (Day/Night)Location: [Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad, On-Site]Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Bench Consultants: Proactively market our internal pool of IT consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to Tier-1 Vendors and Implementation Partners.Full Sales Cycle: Handle the end-to-end process from identifying requirements on job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn) to submission and interview scheduling.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and prime vendors to ensure frequent placement opportunities.Negotiation: Negotiate the best possible hourly rates for our consultants to maximise company margins.Tracking: Maintain accurate daily reports of submissions, interviews, and status updates.What We’re Looking ForExcellent Communication: High fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory for interacting with US-based clients.Adaptability: Comfortable working Rotational Shifts to align with US Time Zones (EST/CST/PST).Tech Savvy: Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and US tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) is a huge plus.Drive: A /"can-do/" attitude with a focus on hitting monthly placement targets.BenefitsCompetitive base salary.Industry-leading incentive structure (Earn more as you place more!).Comprehensive training for freshers.Rapid career growth in the US Staffing industry.
